Flow Sheets

Flow Sheets provide a graphical representation of various clinical data and helps show how they all relate to each other. Click Chart in the menu bar.  Click the Sections menu item, and then Click the Flow Sheets menu item.

This presents the Flow Sheets chart section.

Adding a New Flow Sheet Item to a Chart

Follow the steps above to open the Flow Sheet Chart Section. Click the Create Docutainer button (green plus sign on the far left) to display the Available Flow Sheets dialog.

A list of flow sheets available will be presented. (Note: If you have setup some docuplate Flow Sheets to be used on a regular basis, they should populate this box. If you want to just insert an empty flow sheet

Click on the Name of a Flow sheet list item, and Click OK to add the flow sheet to the current patient chart and open the Flow Sheets docutainer viewer.

Now, you will see two splitter bars at the top of the screen (with down-pointing arrows). Click on both splitter bars to expand both. It should appear similar to the screenshot below.

The top area holds informational data about the flow sheet such as Date/Time, the Name of the flow sheet, the Owner and the Status.

The second area from the top will currently has No Data Available, but will be where the flow sheet's graphical display will be located.
