SOAPware security includes options to track every change made and in elaborate detail. The data in the security logs are separated from the data itself. While the possibility of tampering exists, the probability it could be accomplished and the audit trail altered is approaching near impossibility. It is far easier to alter paper records than the electronic record in SOAPware.

Note: There are several options for set-up of audit logs in SOAPware, including turning on or off the logs. It is a decision each site can make at any time regarding specific activities, such as...

- Log of user login/logout

- Log of data that is viewed

- Log of documentation added and removed

- Log of documentation that is modified.
