4. Customization

  Pre-Purchase --> Purchase --> Installation --> Advanced User Customization --> General Training  ---> Use/Go Live

Customization is usually performed by only a few more advanced users. It occurs before general training and live use.

Without customizations unique for your site, training will be awkward/cumbersome and progress will be slow.

This section will evolve during the month of December. First to come will be the creation of several pages demonstrating suggested steps. The pages will be the framework for videos to follow. Long-term, this will provide the framework to create the Wizards to make the whole process much simpler.
