Plan, Medication, Assessment Workflow Demo for URI Docuplate

The work flow using the URIcustomA docuplate is basically the same in the Plan, Medication and Assessment fields. In each of these fields is a Multi-select List Item that displays a pick list when clicked. For example, in the Plan field, click on URI Plans: to display its pick list.

Clicking in the check box in front of  STREP A ASSAY W/OPTI  causes that particular Plan item to be inserted into the documentation.

The same workflow is available to enter the diagnoses into Assessment and the prescriptions into Medications.
