Pulled Charts

Do NOT use Pulled Charts (i.e. as most do/did in v4) to manage tasks or to track what needs to be signed/completed. Use the Task Manager. Pulled Charts will NOT be able to track either actions needed nor reflect the actions that have been performed.
Introduction
The Pulled Charts section of SOAPware lists all opened charts and all charts that contain unsigned items by a provider within SOAPware.
Pulled Charts is accessed by Clicking Chart, Pulled Charts or by pressing CTRL+L.
Interface
The Pulled Charts interface consists of two main parts, the Toolbar and the Grid View.
The Toolbar is used to interact with the items listed in the Grid View. You can change the providers’ list that is displayed in the Grid View, Open, Refile, and Reassign Charts or Print a list of pulled charts.
The Grid View displays Patient Names, Chart Numbers, Status, Location, and Visit Dates of patients.
Provider List
This is the list of available providers in SOAPware. Clicking the down arrow will expand the list. You can select a different provider by clicking on their name or by using the up and down arrow keys on the keyboard. After selecting a new provider from the drop down list, the list of their pulled charts will update in charts list.
If you select All Providers, you can view all pulled charts for all providers.
Note: If you do not have the proper security rights to view another providers’ list, you will not be able to see their name listed in the provider list or view their charts.
Sorting Pulled Charts
All of the pulled charts are listed alphabetically, if you would like to sort the list by Chart Number, Status, Location, or Visit Date, simply click the appropriate column heading and the list will change views.
Open Chart Button
Clicking this button will open the currently selected item in the pulled chart list. You can also open a chart on the pulled charts list by double clicking it.
Refile Charts Button
Clicking this button will close and refile any patients from the pulled chart list that do not have any active unsigned items in their chart.
Note: This feature is not available when All Providers is selected.
Reassign Chart Button
Clicking this button will allow you to assign the current selected pulled chart to another provider. For more information on the Reassign feature, see the Pulled Charts - Reassign topic.
Note: This feature is not available when All Providers is selected.
Print List Button
Clicking this button will print out a list of pulled charts for the current selected provider.
Pulled Charts: Auto Close Dialog
You can customize some of the functionality of the Pulled Charts section via the Pulled Charts Options in the Options Editor.
