Re-File

Definition: Removes chart from the providers Pulled Chart list.
Intent: To keep active charts only on the Pulled Chart list.
Result: Places the chart in the Chart Rack.
To refile a chart from the pulled chart list
- Select a provider from the drop down list
- Click to highlight the patients name
- Click on the Refile Charts icon
To refile an open chart
- Click on Chart
- Click on refile
