In SOAPware, you can now add video files to your patient charts with a simple drag and drop operation.

To add a video item to a patient chart, you must first have a document open. For example, you can add a video item to an Encounter.

To do this, click and hold the left mouse button on the video file you wish to add to the chart. Drag the file to an empty space in the document tab area, shown below, and release the mouse button.

The new video item will now be displayed in its own tab, and is stored as a part of the current document.

Note that in order to add video files to a patient chart you must have 3rd party software installed on your computer that supports the video file type that you wish to use.
