03. Contacts

This area allows input of all referring providers' information that can be utilized in print reports.

To access:

• Click on Tools > Contacts

• Click on Create New Contact Icon

• Fill out the appropriate fields.

• OK

This contact will now be displayed in the Referring Provider drop down list in the General Demographics in all patients' charts.

To edit or delete a Contact.

• Click on Tools > Contacts

• Click to highlight the Provider's name

• Click Edit (Icon with Capital I) or Delete (Icon with red X) as needed.
