HM Performed Where

The HM Performed Where list option controls all of the HM Performed Where options that can be listed in SOAPware.

The default HM Performed Where options in SOAPware are:


@ Clinic

@ Consulted Clinician

@ Health Department

@ Home Health Agency

@ Hospital

@ Local Hospital

@ Outside Lab

@ Outside Organization

@ Patient Selected Clinician

@ Place of Work

@ School

@ Third Party Payor



You can create new HM Performed Where options by clicking the Create New List Item Button.

You can update or modify existing HM Performed Where options by selecting the option you wish to modify and clicking the Edit List Item Button.

You can also delete items from the HM Performed Where list by selecting the option you wish to delete and clicking the Remove List Item Button.
