For all users, and particularly for many sub-specialties, the default items in the pick lists are missing many key items for selection. Early in implementation, start simple and use the quick add button in the SMARText Quick Access to add needed items into the system.
Later, after the early trauma of implementation, the focus can shift to replacing the quickly added, initial items with any matching items in the SMARText library. By then, SOAPedia will likely have dedicated instructions regarding how to best accomplish this task.
The clusters where most pick list items are organized still need some clean-up and re-naming, etc. Once this is completed, it will make the migration to more sophisticated pick list items more straight-forward.
