Location: Under Tools on the SOAPware menu bar
Tools>Reference Library
Definition: A repository for reference material. Ability to Search, Add, Edit or Delete from this area.
Searching:
Type a keyword into the search box and click on the Search icon.

To create a New Reference Library document - Click on the New Reference icon

Type in a Name for the New Item and Click on Create
Fill in the Description, Author, Email and Keywords appropriately
Different methods of placing information into the New Document are:
1. Typing directly into the text area
2. Copying and pasting text into the open area
3. Dragging and dropping a text document beside the tab at the bottom of the open text area

Placing a check in the Include Online Library Items = Will search the SOAPware Library for related documents from the keyword placed in the Search area.

Use the Download Arrow icon to place the document into your local database.
