Q: How do I customize the status list in Scheduling?

Situation

Scheduling has a predefined list of values for it's status, user wants to modify, add and or delete values in that list.

Solution

1.  Make sure you are in the Charts area of SOAPware, in the top menu, select 'Tools'.

2.  Select 'List Options'.

3.  The List Options dialog will appear, find the item on the left hand side that says 'Schedule Appointment Status' and click on it.

4.  On the right side you will see a list of the possible values.  You can change the text for any of these values, add new ones or remove ones that wont be used.

 

 

Notes

The 'Block' status is a special status in the system and cannot be removed.  Note that you can alter the text to say something different if you don't like the text 'Block'.
