Specify Dates for a rule to be due

The Health Maintenance frequency now allows the input of dates for a Health Maintenance rule to be due.

Some rules have frequencies based on criteria outside of the patient age, so this will allow those to be addressed correctly.  Pregnancy would be a good example for ultrasounds etc.

Add a patient rule to the Health Maintenance section.

Add a date to work with the rule.

Click the Add button in the Frequency groupbox.

Click the Perform On radio button to specify a date.

Specify the date on the right.

Click the Add button.

Health Maintenance will automatically re-generate the next due date when frequencies are modified.
