Description
Ordering MD is a subitem to the Orders item. It allows for users to pick which provider is the Ordering provider for the order.
Reason
Because we need to know which provider is ordering the order.
Impacts
When a Order is placed, the Ordering MD selection will be used to determine who the Owner is for the Task that is created.
Usage
Give a numbered list of steps on how to use this change. Attach screenshots.
Notes
Note that no default can be set for this item... when a Order is documented, it automatically inserts the active provider as the default. This value can then be changed by the user if they want. Also note that we can only pick 'Providers' for this, not 'users' in the system.. this rule will persist throughout the application for Orders.
