Description
The Instructions item is just a pick list that the user can use to select different text descriptions. These descriptions must be defined by the user and can be done so by going to Tools->List Options. The List is called 'Order Entry - Instructions'. Once they define their list of items then clicking on the Instructions subitem will allow them to pick one of them.
