You can Drag/Drop a copy of most Docutainers in SOAPWare into a SMARText document to easy document a review.
Reason
Documenting that lab and order results have been reviewed and what those results are has been problematic and required many steps in SOAPware. The ability to drag/drop a copy of a lab or order into the encounter now makes this a very simple process.
Impacts
Usage
Have the Chart Section that contains the Docutainer you wish to copy displayed. Click and hold the left mouse button on the docutainer liist item and, while still holding the left mouse button down, drag to the docutainer tab of the receiving docutainer/document.
Notes
For now only the full Docutainer can be copied - ability to copy only a single Document is planned.
A future enhancement will be the ability to drag/drop out a Docutainer or Document to Windows or another program - email, word etc.
A few portions of SOAPware are not currently available - Brentwood documents and any document that opens outside of SOAPware (Word and Excel files for example).
