Report Types concept added

We have now added the ability to define report types in the properties of a document design.  This will allow us to show only reports/designs that are specific to a type.

When in the Order Entry Manager, we only want to see reports that relate to orders.. this allows us to only show those reports.

The properties dialog in the document designer has a minor change.. it had a tab called 'Rx designs', that tab has been changed to say 'Design Types' and is now used to generally define the types of the report.  Note that the Rx information is still contained within that tab.
