Added the ability for a user to set/reset the Usage information associated with a SMARText item.
Many times, users will know that a particular item is of great use to them. Being able to explicitly set a Usage Account allows them to pre rank their lists. It also provides the ability to remove an item from a list.
No one unless they use it - doesn't change any existing workflows.
Within SMARText Designer/Editor - on an items - Select Manage SMARText - Set Usage Info.
In the QUick Access most used display, Multi select Lists and Toggle Lists there is now a button in the right corner that will allow you to set the Usage # for the selected item.
