Full Error Message
CONNECTION FAILURE
Meaning
This message is generated when SOAPware attempts to communicate with the SOAPware database, but is either unable to or a previous error has occurred preventing further communication.
Resolution
At this time there does not appear to be a known resolution. In versions later than 2009.0.360, an attempt is made to clear out the connection pools. You have 2 options for handling this error:
- You can wait up to 1 minute for the operation to clear the connection pools to fully take effect. After this time you can try to perform operations in SOAPware again.
- You can restart SOAPware and this will resolve the error again.
If you are experiencing this error frequently so we can attempt to resolve the issue for you. At this time we cannot replicate this issue and are unable to provide a better solution than that described above.
