BrtHolter.Dll error

Situation

 

 5/2008 & you get the following error...

"Holter analysis DLL load error or invalid version! - Please make sure you have the latest version of analysis DLL (BrtHolter.dll) installed in the application start-in folder."

 

Solution

 

The problem is that a certain file (brtholter.dll) needed to process those files is not present in the SOAPware 5 or if you're using soapware 2008, the soapware folder.

If you go to IQMark Folder...

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Midmark Diagnostics Group\IQmark ActiveX Controls v7.2

copy brtholter.dll & paste it in the following folder...

v5 folder = C:\Program Files\SOAPware\SOAPware 5

2008 folder = C:\Program Files\SOAPware\SOAPware

Close & Reopen SOAPware, retry the import of your Holter File, everything should be working.
