SOAPware 5 shortcuts still reside in Start menu after upgrading to 2008

    SOAPware 5 to SOAPware 2008 Upgrades
     

    Situation

    After upgrading from SOAPware 5 to SOAPware 2008, SOAPware 5 shortcuts remain in the Start menu.

    Solution

    Right-click over SOAPware 5 and click "Remove from This List"

    In addition, if you see the following duplicate folders in your Programs menu:

    Then right-click over the SOAPware 5 and select "Delete" as shown below:

    Now launch SOAPware 2008 from the highlighted SOAPware folder shown above. This will re-populate your icon in the Quick Access area of the Start menu as seen above; you can easily tell by the new icon for SOAPware 2008.
