The SOAPware development team uses a bug tracking system called Help Desk. Recently, we added the ability for users to submit bugs directly into the Help Desk system via a simple email. This is NOT the same thing as clicking "Send to SOAPware" on any error messages encountered - but rather this system allows submission of bugs without an error message. Though this method for notifying SOAPware of bugs is convenient, it should only be used in situations where the issue is reproducible.
For example, every time you insert a new Docuplate you notice that two extra line returns are inserted into the and Objective fields; you wouldn't ever see an error message, but nonetheless this could be considered a bug and thus would be a good candidate to email to Help Desk.
To submit a bug directly to Help Desk, generate an email and format it as specified below:
Subject: [your name here] - [version #] - brief description of bug
Body: Detailed description of bug.
Attachments: Any screenshots that might help demonstrate the issue. Please only email jpg files.
Subject: daniel cox - v5.1.85.415 - redraw issue in summary field
Body: after upgrading to the latest version, i see redraw problems in the summary side. every time i open a window, like RX manager, it causes the summary section to look very odd. see attached screenshot for illustration.
