The above link is to the publicly available portion of our bug track system. This allows you to report and track issues. 

You can also email issues to helpdesk@soapware.com.

If the email address you send them from matches the email address you use to login to Help Desk the issues will automatically be added to your listing.

Additionally, starting in SOAPware 2009, error reports are automatically submitted to SOAPware, to view a submitted report, Click the View Report link on the error message.
