Limit Docutainers By Date

You can create queries that are filtered by a certain date range in Data Explorer. When you have a query open in Data Explorer, in the middle of the screen you'll see a Date Range. Click on Data Range.

Now the SMARText Quick Access dialog will be displayed and at the bottom of the SMARText Quick Access dialog, you will see Dates between: 

You can select the start date and end date to narrow your search. Here is a screenshot, you can see the start date and end date listed in the Date Range area on the left side of the screenshot as well as the area to edit those dates in the bottom right on the SMARText Quick Access dialog.

Upload/Download Search Queries from the SOAPware Online Library

Queries can now be shared and downloaded from the SOAPware Online Library to reduce the amount of time spent building queries. There is a simple checkbox similar to other areas in SOAPware stating Include Online Items. If you check this, all online queries will be shown and you can choose the one you want. In order to download a query, select the query and click the green Download button at the top.

To share a query, make sure you have given it an appropriate name, click on the query in the Description list and click the green Upload button at the top.
