These commands are actually in Document Designer, but they are named a little differently. Go to Tools, Document Designer. Go to File, Available Designs, then the design you want to set to store in a chart section.
Go to Edit, Design Properties. Click the Destination tab, then click Save a copy to and Choose. Then choose the chart section you wish to save this design to and click OK. Then you can select the default date of a document and default Names as well as other information about the document. Click OK, then click File and Save. You can close Document Designer, and now Store or Store and Print this document design in a patient’s chart. To do this, go to Docutainers, Print. Select the document design and click Store to just store the report in the chart. If you want to print the design and store it in the chart, select the document design and click Print. Then it will do both.
