Q: Why can't I access the Document Review workspace?

    Situation

    I am logged in and I see the Document Review workspace in my SOAPware menu, but I'm not able to select it.  It's grayed out.

    Solution

    The user logged in has not been given access rights to view this workspace.  You will probably want to enable access to this workspace for a role instead of the user so you can enable this for groups of people at once.  An administrator will be needed to do this, but here are the steps.  We will update the Clinician role for this.

    1. Open Security Administration by selecting Tools --> Security
    2. Expand the Roles section by clicking the plus to the left of the Roles text on the left hand side.
    3. Expand the Clinician role in the same way.
    4. Select the Document Review item.
    5. Click the Accessible checkbox on the right until you see a green checkbox.
    6. Click the Close button

     

    The Clinician role has been updated to allow access to the workspace.  Restarting SOAPware should enable users part of this role to now have access.
