Q: Why am I receiving an interaction notice?

Drug Interaction checking or opening Rx Manager.

You are opening Rx Manager and there's a notice of Drug Interactions, but you only have one medication listed.

Most of the time the problem here is that there is some unstructured text in the summary medications or allergies fields or the encounter medications field. 

1. Find the unstructured text in one of these fields.  The notice will usually help with identifying which field.
2. At the end of the text make sure to include the following text (id-ignore).

Doing the steps above will not ignore everything in a field.  So if you have multiple items in the field you will need to do it for each item.  Usually these would be separated by pressing the enter key for each item entered in a field.
